A keen tussle was witnessed to grab Kiwi paceman Shane Bond with Kolkata Knight Riders and Deccan Chargers making the highest bid. KKR boosted their bowling attack by getting Bond after a silent tie-breaker for $750,000. Bond had a base price of $100,000.
